ok. here are the updates from last week’s doc appt…

1. pause oral chemotherapy / continue xgeva
2. echocardiagram
3. lymph node biopsy
4. port placement surgery
5. six rounds of two chemo infusions, every 3 weeks
6. indefinite rounds of two immunotherapy infusions, every 3 weeks
7. mastectomy, tbd
8. resume oral chemotherapy

that’s it, in a nutshell.

thank you for all of the calls, prayers and well wishes. i’m doing ok, relatively. im supposed to be looking into cold caps because this regimen has a higher percentage of permanent hair loss, but i haven’t done more than a cursory google search. i’ve spent more time researching bidets, tbh. iykyk. maybe tomorrow, tho i don’t have all that much time. did i mention i am due to have my first infusion next week?
