now that i have your attention!!

the time is upon us. pink-tober is here again. and i did a thing.

one of the support groups i regularly attend is sponsored (not sure that’s the right word) by mda’s advanced breast cancer clinic. we meet weekly, virtually, and attendees are persons from all over who have one thing in common: stage iv breast cancer. words do not adequately express how beneficial this community has been to me personally.

i could go on and on about how thankful i am to have this group, but that is not the point of this post. and i’m tired so i need to get to it quickly.

it is through this group that i found out about the boot walk to end cancer.

yup. you guessed correctly. the thing i did/am doing is fundraising. this is my first time doing anything like this so i set the goal post low. with your help, i know it can be met.
