FCKuCANCER.

hi guys. i know its been forever and a day since i have posted. no excuses. c’est la vie. i have a lot to fill you in on, but i’m gonna ease back into it. been putting this off for so long i’m not even sure where to start. this will not be a long post. i am tired and i just want to pop in for a bit and say hi.

first, let’s talk cancer.

my back has been a real bitch as of late. bone scan scheduled for wednesday. i am hoping its just stress, but gotta be sure. since last i wrote, there haven’t been any new real developments. and that’s a great thing. my calcium levels were pretty high so my doc told me to stop taking the calcium pills, and to increase my vitamin d & water intake.

i don’t know if i told you guys, but my nails all lifted off of my nail beds so i cut them down and now i have none. been rocking acrylics again because i just cant look at my fingers in their current state. i think they are trying to grow back so we’ll see.

july.

i’m pretty sure i didn’t tell y’all i filed for divorce, but i did. it was finalized in july. so bam. that happened. even though i knew it was coming, i still think its pretty sad that chapter is closed.

august.

#fckUforty. turned forty in san francisco and it was absolutely amazing. every day was perfect. i wouldn’t change a thing. y’all sixty-two people came. it was so special. i’m low-key still processing it. but i am very thankful that we were able to have that time.

september.

what a difference a year makes. separated a year ago, tomorrow. soooo much has changed. it doesn’t even feel like a year has passed, but at the same time, it feels like it was forever ago. i’m certain that doesn’t make sense to anyone but me.
