appt free week…at least that’s the plan

woke up this morning and realized i’m supposed to push cancer to the back burner and get back to work. i was out all last week managing all of the doctor’s appointments.

this is going to be interesting. thankfully #thecovid has us still working from home, if we so choose…and we all know i very much so choose. i’m not sure how to really navigate the cancer conversations just yet so i’m praying for strength in that regard.

just wanted to drop you all a line to say thank you for all of the kind words, prayers, good vibes, and frankly for just checking up on me and the rest of the family. it is all very much appreciated, even if i am being awkward with my words.

Anna-Marie, you don’t know me yet but I was in the support group meeting tonight. It’s been a crazy day, I got a call during the meeting, had to leave early. I heard buts and pieces of your story, enough to know how much you are going through. Peggy shared your website with me. Know that besides your family and friends support group, you have us in the breast cancer survivor sisterhood too! This is the club you never wanted to be a part of but here we all are together in it . We have all been through this in different stages and different circumstances but we know what you are going through. I am here for you, whatever you need! You will get through this!
